“This piece was missing and very necessary. Emailed the info and called them. Great to talk with a real person who sent it out directly. It was very snug and took some banging but we got it in place. It did come quickly and we’re excited to use the TOPLIFT as soon as it gets to be spring. Best Christmas present! Not ugly but looks good in the garage. Grandkids think it is our personal robot - so great cool factor!”
