TopLift Pro Jeep Hardtop Removal Tool and PowerPro Bundle Reviews

4.8 Rating 46 Reviews
I am a 68 year old woman with MS and purchased my wrangler 2 years ago. The TopLift Pro has given me the independance to remove my jeep top without depending upon others. I was worried it wasn't the product that was advertised but chose to take the chance in hopes it would provide the means to really enjoy my jeep the way I imagined. This company was personable, efficient, and delivered their product very quickly. The TopLift Pro works like a dream and I especially love that I can drive my jeep into it eliminating a storage problem. It actually guides me into the garage. It is stored, in tact, backed to the wall and I drive the front of my jeep over the outside of the TopLift Pro base.

I never took my top off before getting the lift. It is so easy to use! takes me the amount of time to unscrew my top off on the jeep to remove my top. Sits on it well and is sturdy. Not the easiest to put together but you tube video takes you step by step. I highly recommend!

This was almost a top notch product. Not quite. It works yes. A couple nitpicks and one idea. First of all I wish the round part with the teeth were on both sides. It holds it up with this only being on one side yes. However basic physics ought to make it obvious that it's going to be torqued and twist a little, which it does. It would inspire more confidence and even out the load if there were two of these. Yes it would cost more but this product is so expensive that I think it could easily be justified. I'm sure the rebuttal is well does it really matter? I mean, if we're spending as much as we are to get a top notch product then, well, yeah, it actually would be nice. Secondly, I do not like the plastic couplers that hold everything together. It works for the most part. Two did strip out and I ended up getting some hose clamps to hold it all together. As much as this costs, I wish the manufacturer would just make it all metal and weld most everything together, especially on the base. I'm sure it's imported from China and that would kill profits during shipping or something but yeah a welded base that lacked the plastic couplers that couldn't twist as mentioned above would be nice. As for the idea, the area on the side just inside the outside bar between the wheels on the base happens to be the perfect size and fit in order to hold a 29" bicycle wheel. I use this rack to store my bike. Works great. Almost at least. I have to lean it up against the wall. Literally two more diagonal pipes to match the others and you would have a functional bike rack for two bikes up to 29" wheels which could be very handy in a garage and would be a good selling point or possibly an add-on option.

As a single female who lives alone, this was a great purchase. I am able to put the top on and off with no assistance from anyone. It is so easy. I highly recommend!

As simple as advertised and I think, for the most part, okay value. It’s an uncomplicated system that illustrates what we all have to choose: how you want to spend your time finding/building a hoist/storage versus spending the money. Two observations: 1. TopLift wouldn’t honor an expired coupon - it expired as I waited for my JLU to be delivered (

With the TopLift Pro you can remove the top by yourself but I always need help to put the top back on with it. I don’t think it’s stable. I have to push the top against a wall because I’m scared it will fall off sitting on the top lift pro. When moving the top while on the lift pro, It’s shaky and you have to be careful so it doesn’t fall off. Also, when putting the top back on with the lift pro, it has scratched up my paint on the sides of the top. I think it’s a good ideal but it’s not stable as the videos show it to be.

Beautifully engineered product. The packaging was excellent as was the shipping time. The instructions were very clear making for an easy build. Best of all it works exactly as in the videos. I love it, and it gives me so much freedom to remove or put on the hard top by myself. Highly recommend.

Great product....easy assembly for the faint @ heart. However, more info on the usage/install of extension arms for 4 door Jeeps would be helpful.
