“My boxes came and it was clear my unit had been opened and returned. I went back and forth with the owner. I sent him pics of my boxes as I found them when I opened them. Zip ties clipped off, styrofoam all busted up and just tossed back in the box...I was not happy. Owner told me he'd get a new box shipped out to me.
Unfortunately, he never followed up and never sent me my new box. After waiting a few weeks and getting no more word from him, I decided to put together my used lift that I paid top dollar for. It works, but I'm annoyed he never followed up and kept his word. If you have a problem with your lift, expect to get snubbed as I did.”
“I love my TopLift Pro! I use my TJ as a 2nd vehicle, so I needed to be able to remove and replace the top on a regular basis, not a seasonal one. I use the TopLift regularly and it works great!
The only real con was that the assembly instructions (especially for the PowerPro) were lacking. I was able to figure it out, but it definitely would have gone smoother with better instructions. YouTube was a bit of a help, but the content at the time I assembled mine was still lacking, and definitely nothing for the PowerPro assembly.
I definitely recommend the product and have already mentioned it to several people on the local Jeep forums!”
