In the past, we could not imagine getting such a tall 3D printer for our projects, but at this price range it didn't make sense not to get one. We purchased it assembled. It took the engineer around a week to assemble it. We got stuck when one of the two X-axis motors was not moving at all. This was causing quality issues on the prints. Misconfigured wiring was the problem. Once this was resolved, the engineer calibrated the printer at our facility, running through multiple calibration prints. From then on, we were getting consistent, tall prints which look absolutely gorgeous. Surely, we may experience 3D printing problems such as warping, elephant feet, underextrusion, etc., but this is something we've experienced with multiple FDM machines and know how to troubleshoot.

Overall, good printer and the best customer service in the industry. We upgraded it with Takoto and are satisfied with the results.

Just a quick review: this thing is huge and amazing! Finally, we build large sculptures in PLA, so we can create negative silicon molds. In the past, post-processing and glueing parts together took a lot of time. With 120Z we can build parts in one go. Check their FB group for any issues you may encounter, but in our case, it works well.
