“My last order has a damaged seal and it a hassle to return in exchange for a new one. I had to way almost 24 hours for someone to call me back only to text me a claim form that doesn't work. The product great, but I don't want to purchase a product that looks as if it was tampered with. And the fact that there is no available "live" customer service for 24 hours as advertised doesn't help matters either.”
