“I’ll try to make this review short since I don’t write reviews on items I buy or use. However, I’m very unhappy with this one, their customer service and manager.
My husband is very overweight and I have been trying to get him to lose weight. We have tried other company and products before their steps/process and products taste are just overwhelming.
I stumbled upon TLC and their ratings which is very impressive. I told my husband I’ll try it upon seeing results, he will join.
So I ordered the Burn Fat kit the 20 of October, it arrived the 22 and boiled my first tea that night and started my journey the 23. I am Army active duty I get to do PTs every morning and evening. So the exercise part wasn’t a problem.
My starting weight was 135lbs, yes I’m skinny but I do have a baby fat stomach which doesn’t look good in a tight dress or crop top. In my journey, I never missed a day or step, 26 to 27 days later, I go back to my scale and I weight 136lbs, HOW IN THE WORLD IS THAT POSSIBLE???!!! Not even the first 5lbs they say you will lose in a week.....
I immediately live chat an agent “Molly” and explain he or she assumed me a refund and recommended the DIET package. Send me the link and all and told me to call customer service since I don’t want a money back, just a product retry.
I called customer service, told the representative all that has happened, was placed on hold to speak to the manager. Only to come back and say “ sorry they can not help me because the refund period will have to be within 30 days of purchase” . So I’ll have to buy the new products of $169.99 after losing the first $169.99 without results and try the new one to see if it works for me. So I pointed out that fact the their refund policy says “30 days from when the item was delivered” and she said “ no, they don’t go by that”.

“I started taking Iaso Hemp Lemon with CBD and Nutraburst May 25, 2020 my my family started seeing results instantly. I then purchased NRG. at first this was a bit much for me so I started taking half. Then I brought the RESOLUTION DROPS LIPO in a bottle baby. I used to weigh myself but now I go how my clothes feel. The NRG gave me insomnia so I was unable to sleep.
The Laso tea is not the separat packets you normally see advertised it is actually teabags you have to boil and then store in a gallon bottle. It does not have the same effects on my body as the separate packet does.
Resolution drops did not reduce my food cravings in any way.
First time ever trying a weightloss packet so alot of reviews and readings went into these products before I purchased.
