I must be totally honest, I was leary about purchasing the tea, I thought it may taste bad because I've tried teas for losing weight and detoxing in the past; they were horrible. To say the least, the tea is delicious hot or cold. My fav is making it hot first with added honey and then add lots of ice and take it with me when I walk the dogs or go jogging.
