I was a little confused what nubs were for since I have hardly ever used a stylus so I wasn’t familiar with the material. There is also no mention of them in the product description, no pictures of anyone using them on their Touché, and there is no FAQ. It wasn’t until I read other reviews that I understood it’s for smart screens.”
“Anybody who makes it their business of keeping my loved ones safe is going to get a good review no matter what. Touché has gone so far above and beyond that. The customer service that this young company exemplified in fulfilling my order is exactly what you hope every business (start-up or mature, small or big) would aim for. The communication, the personal touches in the order, and the lightning-quick turnaround (on both the actual shipment as well as the aforementioned communication) really made a difference and left me feeling like I'd made the right decision to place an order with Touché. The Tool itself is ingenious and wonderfully designed. The instructions are clear (this may seem simplistic but I wouldn't have realized each Tool comes with two stylus tips otherwise) and even the packaging is stylish. Clearly a lot of thought has gone in to this product. As for the usefulness, only time will tell. I am looking forward to using my Tool to supplement my safety measures when I'm out and about in the Big Scary World. I also plan on giving a Tool to each family member as a wedding favour in the coming days. It makes for a perfect gift.

“Love the quality and feel of the tool. I like how it works with most devices.
Only two suggestions:
1. Work with all touchscreens (like a stylus). I found that it wouldn't work on a couple of the grocery store touchscreens.
2. Secure the teeny rubber cap better. I LOVE that touch, but my boyfriend has already lost his.”
“The tool is very attractive. It’s great for opening door. Must press very hard on touchscreens. I lost the rubber nib on Day 2. That needs to fit tighter or be incorporated Into the design”
Thank you for your feedback Karen! It means a lot to us! These are not permanently affixed to the Touché Tool because they do not hold the same antimicrobial properties as Copper or Nickel. It is up to you weather you want to attach them or not :)
“Great idea. Something to think about - a pouch (fabric or soft plastic) to put the tool in. If I put the tool in my coat pocket, the "germs" on the tool can transfer to my pocket. If there is some kind of pouch, then the germs will be in the pouch and if the pouch is a fabric pouch, then I can wash it.”
