“Terrific product. I use it to signal both the beginning and ending of timed exercises. I use it to capture the attention of participants. I use it at the open and close of workshops/meetings, and I incorporate a few minutes of silence at the beginning and ending of important meetings/retreats, to help group members focus and ground, be present, and mindful.”
