I just used these as the "final" in my "Emotional Intelligence Competencies for Leadership" course last week. It worked well. Added color to the table set up and attracted their attention. Four verbs prompted direct application action planning. Made it easy to facilitate a "pass the post-its around the table and affirm your intention to apply what is learned here" activity. Big hit.

These sticky notes complement wrap-up questions you're probably already asking during training and are a fun, colorful way to do so. These notes are easy to use, economical, and I love the lighter shading in the middle of each note making it easier to read writing. My only feedback for improvement would be to make the notes a bit thicker/more sturdy - the pages are quite thin. However at the price point they are a bargain!

These sticky notes were a perfect addition to "table talk" sessions: participants conducted table talk on a topic, then noted personal learnings on these notes. Received many comments on how much participants liked the stickies!
