Attached with a glue dot to each card is a beautiful "Token of Appreciation." The token is inscribed with "Token of Appreciation" on one side; the reverse says "Pass it along." and easily detaches from the card. Each token is 1" diameter. “I am a leader of a Reward and Recognition program. I wanted a small token that would introduce our team to a new idea of Pay It Forward. This card with token was presented to each member of our team in appreciation for what they do; and then they were urged to pay it forward with a small token of their appreciation to another team member (with a note, small gift, card, piece of candy, etc.) It was wonderful to watch the tokens being shared in our meeting with terms of appreciation for one another. Next time would double purchase so they had one to keep and one to pass on.”
