“CPTM is a rigorous training and certification program! If you want to increase your knowledge, expand your thinking, and be surrounded by a similar community, then this is for you. I was hesitant to sign up because I wasn't confident that I could pass the course. But I moved forward and haven't looked back. I'm so glad I took the time for the CPTM program. If you're on the fence about this, make sure you fall off and onto the side that tells you to do it!”

“The program was very robust. The pre-work modules, workbook, and job aids all worked well to help prepare for the practicum. The practicum was a thourough review of the modules and a great experience working with others to put the concepts into practice and connected to our real world challenges. I would reccomend this course to anyone.”

“The CPTM program reviews all aspects of the prework and puts it into case studies. I enjoyed applying the knowledge and meeting new people. We shared work experiences and learned about their organization's training operations. The instructor, Laura Smith Dunaief, shared her experiences as well. All the information was very useful. I highly recommend this course.”
