“The CPTM program is exceptional! I had zero knowledge about anything related to L&D, let alone being a leader of training management when I signed up for the course. The online learning modules were very informative and educational for me in more ways than I could've ever expected. I was super nervous about the practicum, but the instructor was amazing and made us all feel comfortable before lunch on the first day. I had originally planned on taking the exam the day after the practicum ended, but decided to take an extra week to study and reflect back on some of the areas I felt less confident about during the practicum. I do not hesitate when I say that the content, exercises and structure of the CPTM program is worth every penny. For someone with little HR background, and zero knowledge of anything related to training management, the program taught me everything I needed, to not only pass the exam on the first attempt, but to feel confident in my new role as the director of training and development for our organization. Thank you Training Industry!”

“I debated between this certificate and a more general training certificate through ATD. I am so very glad that I chose CPTM. I learned so much from the online training and the practicum (and from the experiences my fabulously smart cohort shared). The exam was very rigorous, but very much based in practice. The focus on strategic alignment is so valuable. I look forward to continuing taking advantage of all of the networking and education opportunities CPTM has to offer... and to adding those pretty letters to my resume and LinkedIn profile!”
