“The CPTM program offers a great overview of how to build a training organization from the ground up. You gain access to models, best practices, and an alumni network that all contribute to the value of the program. It is truly a 360 degree program, covering everything a manager of a training function needs to know. I also believe its valuable for a training manager of any tenure, as the organizational structures covered will make you think hard about whether you have your training organization focused on the right things.”

“My manager had encouraged me to take this (I'm fortunate, I know) and I'm so grateful that I did. I've been working in the L&D space for about 2 years, and with a business background, this course really ties it all together for me. The material was thorough and well organized, and the practicum really helped me to understand the intricacies of HOW to run an excellent training team. This course did 2 things for me - gave me the tools to use to be effective in my job, and the confidence to talk with senior business leaders about how we can help be a strategic partner.”

“The CPTM course of study was a fantastic springboard for my professional career in learning and development, after having been a trainer on the side in other roles for several years before. The courses are well designed, engaging and full of insights and useful tips and tricks for getting adult learners to participate in your corporate training program. I participated in the online virtual practicum and enjoyed remotely meeting several people just like me from all over the US, who were passionate about improving their world around them through learning.”
