“Good overview of leadership development. Good breakouts and interaction. Would have liked more on weaving in talent development or talent review process, even at a high level. The case study was VERY long and detailed to cover in the time given. Some of the details should be shortened so that there could be a more robust discussion. I read the case study the night before and took thorough notes in prep for the next day and I STILL had to flip through.”

“Our instructor for the course was phenomenal (Laura) - very well-versed in the topic and extremely credible. I enjoyed the flow of the course and felt the agenda was nicely structured and planned well. This is a great course for various audiences as it covers leadership development in many levels. I enjoyed the small class size as we were all able to interact and have the opportunity to digest the content appropriately. The only suggestion I would give would perhaps extend the course to three days. There is just so much content to cover I feel like even if the course was for an entire week we would still not have enough time! I will be researching other courses from training industry soon due to my satisfaction with this course. Thank you!”
