“I enjoyed the topic and the facilitator's expertise, however, I feel that 4 hours was not enough for a practical experience and to thoroughly teach and reinforce critical concepts in the program. Great overview, but the promise of practical application was a bit oversold.”

Would you recommend this program? yes

“I really enjoyed this workshop. I have facilitated strategic planning sessions many times before, and sometimes the "plan" is never finished or implemented. In fact, sometimes we don't know what to do with the information we gleaned as a result of the session. Most often, we've chosen one item to take action on. However, this workshop gave us the tools we need to move from the planning stage to the implementation stage. The tools included help to create action steps easily and achieve real results. Additionally, I gained new perspectives on aspects of the strategic planning process that I had not encountered prior to the workshop.”

“I took this course with members of a training development team I work with. The instructor put us in a different breakout room to be together. It really helped us put down a lot of thoughts that were in our heads down on paper and work through them.”
