“My new TreeKeeper Bag is going to save me a lot of hours in the coming years. The idea behind the bag is clever but I didn't give it five stars because it's very difficult for one person to pack up a seven and one half foot tree. The tree is about four feet across and there's no way for one person to reach around to pull up the bag. This is a minor problem given the trouble it is to pack and repack a tree into a cardboard box every year. The bag deserves a full four stars.”

“I was very pleased with my overall service from TreeKeeper. The notification process is very nice from order confirmation to shipping status. This has been a great experience, and I'm very pleased with the product. It sures beat breaking down the tree, or wrapping up the tree.”

“The Bag arrived very promptly and in good condition. We have not tried it out for fit as yet because we want to wait until we are ready to put the tree away. The bag construction looks very sturdy.”

“It turned out to be a bulky bag. It took two of us to pull it up over the tree. Then, when we tried to pull if off again, it pulled down on the branches, so we had to hold them upward as it passed over each section. If you are concerned about keeping your tree in tiptop shape, then I would not recommend this bag. If you are concerned about storage, I have decided to stick with the long tree box (although one must still take the tree apart) that I purchased at Walmart five years ago for $25.00. Needless to say, I returned my Treekeeper bag. I do suggest purchasing the return shipping insurance. However, you must first e-mail them to let them know you want to return, and ask for the label. They did promptly refund my account. Sorry, Treekeeper, but this is an honest review”
