“The TreeKeeper bag worked just as it’s name states. Although initially convinced it wouldn’t fit width-wise around my tree, I was eventually wrong. Everything fit as stated and am happy with this product! I look forward to next Christmas when all I have to do is “fluff out” the branches.”

“"Poor" only because it was so difficult to get the tree into the bag. The base ( planter like and permanently affixed to the tree) does not come off and I shudder to think what it will be like to get the tree out again. Wish I had inquired more about the bag before purchasing it.”

Hi Sandra, thanks for getting in touch. It sounds like a "wrong tool for the job" situation. The medium bag is meant to store the tree with the stand on the outside of the bag. If your base isn't removable this isn't the proper bag for your tree. We're happy to take it back, just get in touch and we can help you with a return authorization. “The TreeKeeper bag was well made and served it's purpose well. It definitely takes two people to manage the initial "install', however, one person can easily move the tree/bag to it's holding place without any difficulty.”

“This storage bag is ideal. I recommend putting the tree in sections instead of trying to pull up the sleeve up the whole tree at once. Storage at the bottom is great for small items like extension cords, light timers, etc.”
