“Customer service rep was fantastic! Answered all my questions and I felt that he was interested in all my questions. Great product and I am sure I will not have the stuggles I have had in the past with putting up the tree”

“This is a really nice bag, well constructed, and putting the tree into the bag was pretty straight-forward. However, unpacking the tree is being a bit of a challenge. I would have been very nice if the zipper that opens the top of the bag went all the way to the bottom.”

“I bought a prelit 7.5 ft tree this year and ordered the Treekeeper storage bag for 6-9 ft trees to help make my tree purchase last longer. Received the Treekeeper in about 2 days after ordering during thanksgiving week. It was real easy to put on the tree stand but haven't been able to see how easy it goes over the tree for storage yet. Can't wait to find out. Think I may have to buy a bigger tree skirt now because of the hump of bag it's required to cover under there. Not a problem though.”

“We have just put up our tree and the bag was easy to get around the tree. If it works as well later it will be money well spent and I would give it a 5 star. Ask later for an update.”

“The draw string on top does not go through the entire top. I'm not sure of the purpose of this. It would have been better sealed if it was threaded all the way around.”
