“I like the quality of the bag but have to complain that we bought two of them for our two tall trees and the bases of both trees are too small to have the straps at the bottom that should hold the whole bag in place work correctly. The bags still work but not as well as intended. Our trees were purchased years apart from two different stores so it's strange to me that both the bases would be "non-standard". I didn't read anything about this possible issue on your site so I didn't think about it. Not sure if you have gotten this feedback before but an easy solution would be to have the straps sewn further in and not at the edge. When we pulled the bags up over the tree we had to have a third person down at the bottom holding that in place because once you pulled up and the tree collapsed upwards it was hard to pull it back down to cover the base without possibly damaging the tree inside.”

“My old Christmas tree storage bag required you to take the tree apart (mine has three sections) and they never really fit easily in the bag. After putting the tree up this year I decided it was time to find a new bag and came across your web site. I loved the idea of having the tree standing during the off season (so you don't have to take it apart). It was easy to place the order, it was delivered in a few days, the instructions were great and now my tree is standing in the garage. Thank you for a wonderful tree bag.”
