“when I received my order, I tried to assemble the rolling stand. one of the 4 wheels did not have any treads on it. called company. they said they would send me a new wheel. they said I was two days away if the order went out that day. it took 1 week for parts to arrive. I received a package with 4 wheels in it, but the nut size on the wheel was different from the one I received with the first shipment. I could not use the stand yet because I needed a very thin wrench to tighten the wheel. called company, they promised to send out a wheel to match the original set. it is now 2 days before Christmas and I had to use my old stand. I will have to wait until I take down my tree to use the stand and see how and if the tree bag works. maybe next year I can do a review on my purchase. company needs to have better quality control over there part suppliers”

“This is a great product; however, getting the tree into it was a major undertaking. We really needed 3 people to do it! (And we had only 2.) The smart thing to do for those who order one in the future is to insert the bottom section of your artificial tree first, before assembling the rest of the tree. Our tree was already assembled, and of course it's heavy, so we really struggled with getting the "trunk" inserted just right. But now it is all neatly tucked up for next Xmas.”

“So far so good....I had help putting it all together and will store in my garage...I will know more next year when I roll it back in the house. I liked the way I was able to store lots of items in the bottom zipper area.”

“It was a little difficult at first to get it over the tree, but once we accomplished that, I love the convenience of storage. Hopefully removing the bag will not as difficult as pulling it up.”

“This is our first time using a storage bag for our artificial Christmas tree. (Excuse me they are now called permanent trees.) Usually we struggle to take the tree apart and return it to the box. Assembly of the bag to the rolling stand and setting up the tree was easy. After tucking the tree bag into the bottom skirt, the tree appears to have the burlap root ball like a live tree. The trunk shield plates in the stand are a wonderful addition instead of the usual screws that damage the trunk. The tree is standing perfectly straight. We can't say anything about storage yet. However, we're anticipating a hassle-free take-down based on our experience so far. This product is well worth the investment.”
