“Bought the bag to hold my Christmas house collection. The different sizes makes it easier to store them in a flexible bag rather then a container. Loved that this product has a handle and wheels for easy moving on carpet and tile”

“Because this came partially assembled with the inside metal part over the wheel turned in the wrong direction, this was incredibly frustrating to assemble. And as a result we spent a cpl hours trying to figure the assy out. When I called for a return or new part, the customer service was poor. I was given the phone number of manufacturer (assuming) and told to call them for assistance. We should receive help from who we ordered from, they should do the leg work! Still not resolved. Customer service IS a lost art.”

Hi Deborah, my sincere apologies. It is our policy to contact the manufacturer on behalf of our customers in these cases. I have to accept responsibility for my error in this case. I went back and reviewed the call, you definitely told me you had ordered the bag from us directly. I must have thought that you had ordered it from another retailer. In the latter cases we typically pass on the number of the manufacturer. Regardless, please get back in touch and let me know if you still need us to get in touch with the manufacturer. We'd be happy to do that if you still need us to. Again, my apologies for the confusion.
