At a loss what to get my adult children for Valentine's Day, I found this suggestion on the internet. Both kids were so pleased to receive them (along with my cheesy message: two trees are being planted in your honor, may their roots grow deep and their branches strong, just like my love for you). With all of the wildfires this past year, it's important to re-grow our forests and this is a perfect step in that direction.

Great idea and a perfect gift for someone who feels strongly about sustainability.

This was a meaningful way to recognize the loss of a loved one while reforesting another loss . The knowledge that a tree is out there and planted in memorium of the departed, meant more to the families affected , than I had anticipated. Thank you for this venue, your timeliness , and ultimately , your mission.

My parents were thrilled to have trees planted in their names. They love forests and were particularly interested to know about the track where the trees were planted. It was a wonderful gift for them! (They loved the certificate and frame, too)
