“The memorial card is a great idea. I love being able to give a "family" tree in memory of someone's loved one instead of simply flowers. Being able to buy and save the cards until needed is wonderful and convenient.
My only issue (thus 4 not 5 stars) is with the wording in the card concerning the tree being planted already. I have to send the postcard back and then wait before sending the card to the family because the tree is not immediately listed on the registry. I do not want to send a card to the family and have them immediately go on the site (as the card indicates) and then not be able to find their loved ones name.”
