“EVERYONE LOVED THEIR CERTIFICATE. I WAS IMPRESSED THAT YOU REPLANT TREES IN BURNT FOREST. THAT IS SO AWESOME. I ALSO WOULD LOVED TO KNOW WHERE MY NIECE'S TREE HAS BEEN PLANTED SO THAT IN THE FUTURE WE CAN VISIT THE GROWTH OF IT. IT AMAZES ME THAT WE CAN EVEN DO THIS AND HER MOM AND TWO SONS WERE EXCITED THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO THIS. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING REPLANT THESE BURNT FOREST.”
“Trees are the best Way to give a person you want remembered a true Way of Remembrance. Trees are Alive! So, I strongly encourage you to Plant a Tree instead of Flowers. I do this every time I want to Remember Someone Special. Planting a Tree? It's like never saying Goodbye and instead, Saying-I'll be seeing you again one day.”
“We purchased a tree for an 18-year old girl who died in an accident in Switzerland. It was good that the certificate was printable because that way we had it before the funeral. The funeral agenda included a poem by the girl who died which started with "I wish I were a tree...". It was so comforting to know that we happened to have purchased just the right gift for her family.
What made me chose Trees for a Change over other companies were the explanations on the website about where trees are planted. There's honesty about the fact that it isn't really possible to "buy a particular tree"; you can only contribute to the creation, restoration and protection of a forest. While some trees flourish, others die, that's how nature works; all you can guarantee is that at least one tree will survive for each person who "bought a tree". Keep up the good work, it is important!
I printed out the explanation of where the tree would be planted and put it in the same enveloppe with the certificate. It may be a good idea to review that page to make sure it looks good when printed.”
