Elston Solid wood Industrial Floating dining made from responsibly sourced Canadian kiln dried white pine approved by the WWF AND FSC. Our timber is Kiln dried to prevent the top from twisting, splitting and cracking as it dries in your house or office. Meaning your table will look as good in 10 years time as is doe's when it arrives. We use old methods to create the desired look of the timber meaning each table is unique.
The table top is finished in hard wax oil that is resistant to water spills and heat.
The solid wood table top is hand-sanded leaving some of the timber natural grain and texture finishing normally around 46 mm thick making this a very sturdy table that is not only built wow but also last.
Table leg position (total leg thickness 10cm)
180cm and larger legs set in 25cm from either end
160cm legs set in 15cm from either end
140 and below legs set in 5cm from either end
Please note we use solid timber which is a living material, even though we use kiln-dried timber it will still develop. Meaning the surface may encounter natural movement and colour variations.
