“Really like this trophy. It's big (we got the smallest size, and it's pretty commanding), it's got a clean look, and we were able to put the last nine years worth of winners on it along with the team name for free. Which is a heck of a good deal. Side note - my wife looked at my order the day trophy base arrived, and pointed out I had misspelled 2 team names and one owner. BUT, I contacted customer service, and since my engraving hadn't been done yet (the ship separately thing) they were able to get those changes in and save me a lot of grief from everyone. GREAT customer service. I haven't figured out yet how to get future years on the engraving, but I'm real sure based on the level of service I already got that someone will be available to help if I can't figure it out. If you want a trophy that won't be overlooked when your name goes on it, they got one for you.”
“The quality of the trophy was better than I expected. Everything was a great experience and I would of gave five stars but when ordering the "free name plates". I had issues with the site and it wasn't letting me submit. I wish it wasn't having issues when I ordered because now that the season is over, I am having a tough time getting name plates. Overall, I love the trophy. Please fix site when ordering so this doesn't happen to somebody else.”
