Good day! Sorry if there was an issue with your order.
We do not have any control over shipment especially it is an International shipment.
Damage package can sometimes occur.
Your order got delivered on June 12.
We received your First email on June 20, and that same day we responded asking about photos in order to request replacement. Then we received them on June 23rd. We advised the team to ship replacement which shows delivered on June 29 to Germany.
We have tried our best to resolve the issue as soon as we can.
