We're so sorry that there was an issue with your Custom Chain.
We haven't received any email from you about it so we didn't know.
The chains are removable and can be adjusted if it was twisted. And if that didn't work we can definitely send a replacement chain asap.
Please let us know if that is still needed so we can send it right away. We value customers like you and will do everything that we can to resolve this issue.
