The previous two years plaques were not printed with the team name in ALL CAPS but this year was. It would be better if you were consistent with that year to year so the trophy looks consistent year to year. Other than that, it was nice. UPDATE: Trophy Smack Customer Service offered a full credit to reprint the plaque for my trophy. FYI, what you enter is what you get so don't use ALL CAPS unless you really want ALL CAPS in the printed finished version. Now I know! =)

Hi Mike, We've tried sending you a replacement for your engraved nameplate but it was being returned back to us. It says something about your address was missing. We have emailed you to inform you and kindly confirm your shipping address provided on file is correct. If not, kindly reply back to the email with an address where we can ship it to. Thank you!
