“I love the belt, however, I try to get in touch with customer service shortly after purchase to fix one of the engraving’s and did not hear back. I wrote three times before it was shipped out, so I’m not sure anybody’s checking customer service emails.

“The belt itself is outstanding. Couldn't be more pleased with it. The "engravings" that are offered are unfortunate and dishonest. They're not engravings at all, they're stickers. Belt should get 5 stars but the phony engraving stickers scam knocks it down.”
