“We really like the trophy. Arrived ahead of schedule. Our only issue is customer service. I asked a question 2 weeks ago, received a response stating that they received my question and would get back to me, but still no answer. When the trophy arrived, it came with 3 printed stickers for our last 3 champions, but how do we get printed stickers for the future? Do we contact TrophySmack every year, and they send us one? I wanted to give a 5 star review, but I've waited 2 weeks, and they haven't taken the time to respond to my question.”
“Nice trophy. Base and top are synthetic material but not a cheap look. I knew I had to adhere the plates to the base but must have missed that I also had assemble the top to the base. Both came in their own packaging, and no assembly instructions for the mechanically challenged, but easy to do if you know your way around trophies. All in all a good trophy for the price.”
