“I got my first ring on time but I had ordered 2 and only received one. I got ahold of someone, which wasn’t easy since they have no phone number that works. They overnighted the 2nd ring and of course fedex delayed it so it wasn’t here in time for the event. The quality was great though, just wish I could’ve spoke to someone instead of have to send a message and wait half a day to hear back.”
