“I originally received a subpar fruit that looked fine at opening but as nature does sometimes it looked better than it tasted. Tropical fruit box was understanding and sent out a replacement even though the fruit was a special order 3rd party product. I got the replacement quickly and it was much better, proving the original issue was a fluke which is bound to happen sometimes. TFB was excellent and I’d recommend this company to anyone, they make sure the customer is happy.”
