“Was sent red bananas again, I specifically asked them not to send these as we were supposed to get the apple bananas, also did not get my longans. I am supposed to be sent another replacement of mixed dragon fruits and my order was confirmed last Thursday, but still has not been shipped so I am waiting on a tracking number. It says they have them on the menu, so I am wondering what the hold up?”
“The replacement box was excellent and arrived in great condition.
I do take an issue with customer service however. In particular to get the replacement box out is many times a challenge.
It is not as smooth and timely as one would wish.”
