“There is fruit that I don't normally get to have in my local rural market. But the amazing thing is how much they are willing to work to fix issues. They mailed a box that did not get here for 6 days of summer heat. Needless to say it was nasty. They worked with me to get it mailed on a Monday so that it arrived in good shape. It is hard to get good service with the hiring issues right now. Tropical Fruit manages super service!”
“Another lovely well-packed box of fruit, but the ice packs melted along this challenging route. Only one fruit gave up the spirit, but everything else was warm. It didn’t help that the carrier failed to follow instructions to place box inside screened, and roofed, porch. Nevertheless, I’m pleased with my product.”
