“Becky was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. She was able to answer all of my questions that I had and did a great job in assisting us through the very short timeliness we gave her. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.”
“While I’m sure Becky meant well and is very busy in her position, I had a terrible experience with this lending company. Communication was poor, and every reassurance I got that things would be done in my timeline proved false. I had to ask frequently for certain documents, and many pieces of documentation that I provided apparently got lost in some sort of shuffle, and could have very easily delayed my closing. Even though I completed every task assigned to me in a timely manner, the documents needed for my closing were left until the very last possible second, and MAJOR elements of my closing documentation were lost and only asked for the night before my closing, after business hours. It truly is a miracle I was able to close on the assigned day, even though I sent frequent reminders and asked about things that I knew needed to be done. I often felt ignored and unable to get my questions answered. I had to perform my own research to get answers to questions I had about documents and unfamiliar terminology in order to not delay the loan process any further. Although Becky is very personable and seems competent, my experience was very poor and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. Overall, I did not feel like I received any of the benefits advertised by the Teacher Next Door Program and TruView, and definitely wish I had gone with another lender.”
