“Brian was not our initial officer. We switched to him from another lender when we discovered we were no longer eligible for New Jersey's Down Payment Assistance program. Our situation presented some challenges, and we certainly put him through a lot. Before becoming a registered nurse, my wife worked in a grocery store, and we encountered some difficulties with the Verification of Employment. Additionally, there was a four-month employment gap while she prepared for her RN licensing exam. All got sorted out.In addition, I like the website where we upload the needed files as it is more convenient than following things via email.
