He was informative and detailed about every step in the very complicated home buying process and took his time to make sure we understood everything. The pre-approval process was seamless but after finding our dream house we faced a lot of unforeseen challenges with securing the loan through no fault of our own or Brian’s. Working against a 3 hour time zone difference he spent early mornings and late nights doing everything he could to get us into the house and keep us mentally sane along the way.
