He gave us a process flow and a breakdown of documents needed not to mention a reasonable deadline to upload documents to the portal. His introduction of Karoline, who assisted him, was just as available to us as Brian and only reinforced their commitment to making us homeowners. Both were always available to us and Karoline sending friendly reminders kept everyone on track. Homeownership is definitely a stressful process but when you work with the right team it’s a little less tedious. I am 3 weeks as a homeowner today and I still have my buddy Brian available to me and responding to post questions I have. In my eyes Brian is family as this process brings strangers together who comb through your finances with some making it to the finish line when others don’t but a warm and friendly voice to assure you that we are on target while being your own personal cheerleader was definitely above and beyond.
