“When this process started I didn’t even know if we could buy a house. We had a tight budget and didn’t know what the process looked like. Brian walked us through every step and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was easy to reach when we had questions and walked us through the numbers so we knew what we could afford. I’d recommend him to anyone trying to buy a house especially for the first time.”

“Brian worked with us from the beginning with the Teacher Next Door program. He was always upfront about anything, good or bad, but would always try to see a way through any issue that arose. He was in constant communication with us about the status of things or if he needed anything. And on top of all of his technical knowledge on how to negotiate the mortgage landscape, he is just an incredibly nice guy. I look forward to working with him on our refi!”
