“This was a very disappointing experience. Responses were not prompt and things were not ready to close on the agreed upon date. As a result, it cost me over $2,000 extra because of needing to make other arrangements. I chose this company because they were supposed to help teachers. I think it probably ended up costing me more. Extremely dissatisfied.”

“Crystal was incredibly helpful. She seemed very knowledgeable about the process and always responded, via the telephone, very promptly. She did however fail to respond to multiple emails. In fact, she had yet to respond to my last email inquiry. Also, our monthly payment increased twice after we thought we had landed in a final number. She explained that the first rate hike was probably due to a high insurance plan and that we could fix that once we closed. But she has no clear reason for the second rate hike. Furthermore, once we closed and shopped around for cheaper insurance, we were told by several companies that our insurance rate was better than they could offer and well below the average rate for our area.
She was very helpful, but seems to have bait and switched us with the final monthly rate.”
