“Drew worked with us for about a year! Let me tell you he is so kind, genuine, patient, thorough, attentive, considerate, diligent… I could list so many awesome characteristics to describe him. We were looking forward to truly connecting with someone as our loan officer because this was our first time buying a home. We were nervous after hearing so many different random stories about “buying a house”. Well they didn’t know TeacherNextDoor and they didn’t have Drew by their side. We have 3 kids and were planning to move across state, Drew accommodated our schedule tremendously. Drew went above and beyond to get to know us, understand our current situation, and understand what we were looking for and on top of that be our genuine hero by rooting for us every step of the way. A Year’s journey! He was always patient even when we knew we had asked the same question at least 10 times over the course of time. Several times we called or messaged Drew for quick questions about the process, including when a different lender tried to sway us to understand the possible differences in companies. We were Not leaving Drew! Drew helped us to find solutions whenever we had a roadblock, he never talked to us like we were inferior when we clearly had a lot to learn. Instead Drew spoke to us like we were friends. I would recommend Drew to everyone I know. If we are ever interested in another home in the future we would totally call Drew. If anyone told us anything concerning, my husband would give them the side eye and say “call Drew first” because we know Drew would not only tell it like it is but with patience, calm and optimism he helped us to clearly understand everything. I’m so thankful to Drew for his dedication to us, we had some speed bumps but he never let us fall! We can say we are proud homeowners now, and it wouldn’t have been so seamless without Drew!
