“Ricardo and his whole team are great!! We approached Ricardo early on and asked him to help us purchase a home. He eagerly wanted to aid us in this process. He asked us a series of questions as to why we wanted to own a home as we were first-time home buyers. He explained what the process would look like and how we could trust him to give us guidance where we needed it. Shortly after this conversation we found a home that we just loved. Ricardo’s assistant Jordan was also very helpful throughout our many complex finance questions and helped us to create credit where it was needed in order to qualify for a larger loan amount. We got pre-approved quickly and we were able to put an offer on the house! After our offer was accepted Ricardo stuck to a certain schedule every week to call to do a check-in and give us any updates or changes that were made. Ricardo and Jordan would respond quickly and efficiently to any questions or concerns on our end. Ricardo and his team worked tirelessly with the real estate agent, lender, underwriter, etc... to provide the best quality customer service and product. The real estate agent specifically said she had an amazing experience working closely with Ricardo. Ricardo helped us improve our quality of life and reach a huge long-term goal that we had set for ourselves. We highly recommend Ricardo and using this program to purchase your next home!”
