How likely are you to recommend your loan officer?
“Evan is a great person and he does a fantastic job throughout the buying experience. He sounded kind and really respectful the whole time. Everything was sweet and butterflies until things stopped working out. We had issues with the bank giving us the grant for our closing costs and he just wasn’t available anymore, he disappeared did not answered our text or calls and even our realtor tried several times and no answer was given. Then we he did reached out he always promised and promised things were going to go well and that we would meet our closing date. To summarize it we closed 1 week after closing date 1 month and 1 week it took for the whole process which was nothing on our end. He even said we should able to close 1 week before closing date and at the end we couldn’t. We spent unnecessary money on delays and changing dates for moving companies and leases for something that wasn’t our fault.
I say he is a great worker but whenever hard times comes or something doesn’t work out he just disappears.”

“I'm very happy with the end product of our loan. Evan worked with us and answered all of our questions and explored lots of options to make our loan work with my wife's new job. There was often a disconnect between what we heard directly from Evan, assistants, and their online system but in the end we were able to get it all sorted out and Evan got a great loan finalized.”
