“I am a first time home buyer. And Vanessa made it extremely stressful and still is even after closing.
She is unorganized, never had the right paper work infront of her when we would try to go over anything. So it was confusing cause she would change every five minutes.
She talked to me like i don’t deserve a home or like I’m poor and can’t afford it.
She changed my closing cost and it doubled within FOUR days of closing. Made me miss my original closing date. And now I’m paying extra to live in my apartment and home because i have to work during the week and can’t move my furniture.
I can keep going. I’m very disappointed with how she treated me and my realtor.”
