“This experience has been wonderful! Zach worked diligently to make the home buying process easy as possible. Nursing pay is complex including multiple levels of compensation and shift differentials. He worked to ensure that the loan amount I received was appropriate and matched the amount of my wages, including base pay, shift differentials, and other factors. Zach walked me through the loan process and ensured that I understood what was happening every step of the way. He called/emailed/ texted several times per week to provide updates and took the time to explain anything I did not understand. This is my first home buying experience and it was NOT the nightmare that others had described. I am so thankful to have worked with someone who cares about my situation and experience.
