He worked to ensure that the loan amount I received was appropriate and matched the amount of my wages, including base pay, shift differentials, and other factors. Zach walked me through the loan process and ensured that I understood what was happening every step of the way. He called/emailed/ texted several times per week to provide updates and took the time to explain anything I did not understand.
