“The jacket arrived very quickly considering I ordered from overseas and is comfy, but did have to request a size chart and though I ordered up a size it's still a bit tight through the shoulders. That would have been okay (it's a risk taken when ordering clothes online) but the zipper-pull also snapped off immeidately the first time I tried to zip it up so now I have to get that repaired before I can use it regularly. I do love the comfort and the soft material though.”
