“My first purchase of the hair serum had a damaged cap. I informed Beautylux and just started using the product out of the open bottle. While it was definitely more messy having to pour the serum into my hands to be able to rub it into my scalp and hair, it was also definitely starting to work after just a couple weeks. By then Beautylux sent me a replacement bottle with a working pump-cap, so I feel like I won the good hair care lottery! “The product was packaged in bubble wrap inside a box, but apparently not wrapped well enough because the pump dispenser cap on the bottle was crushed and unusable. Undeterred, I unscrewed the top and just poured the oil into my hand then applied it to scalp. Not convenient, but not enough of a problem to lessen the effect of the product once actually in the hair. The oil has a nice scent and feel, equal to other high-end biotin serums I've used in the past.”
