“I have been using this for almost 30 days. It is too early to say that it works. I wanted to try to improve the cartilage in my joints. Particularly my knees and hip. I hope to see results soon. If it helps I will be ordering more.”
“I see multiple reviews that this product dissolves well and has no taste. I have to disagree. When adding to a liquid, I had a hard time getting the chunks to dissolve. I also didn’t like the slight odor and taste.
With all this being said, I have noticed a difference in my skin, hair and nails.”
